Tap the beta link, install ONESS on your iPhone, sign in with Apple.

ONESS reads your wearable's signals from Apple Health — SpO₂, heart rate, HRV, breath. Works with Apple Watch and dozens of other devices that write to HealthKit.

Sync and reflect

Tap Sync in the app. Your OAS appears on the widget, the Dashboard, and your Watch face.
